Oven Roast

Pre-heat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius, or 450 Fahrenheit, roast the chicken for 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for the remaining of the time.

Do a final check before taking it out of the oven for best results. 

 

Pan Fry

Best would be to deconstruct (cut) the chicken into pieces of your desired choice and pan fry these with some olive oil (or any oil of your choice) until cooked through and crispy.
