You must try this delicious fusion of the Buchi, a sweetened seedless date wrapped in rice flour, with a filling of the dates fruit, for a satisfying lip-smacking snack you can easily have anywhere and anytime.

Buchi Dates is a variation of the Filipino dessert of Buchi. Instead of using other sweets, the dates fruit serves as its main fillings. Like the Buchi Ube, it comes in round shaped dotted with sesame seeds and covered with mung beans and rice flour.

**PLEASE KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK**
Deep Fry
- Pre-heat oil to 170°C.
- Place frozen buchi dates in oil for 5 -7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
Remember that you have to use the right heat when deep frying the buchi! When you fry them over high heat, there’s a chance that the dough might break down and disintegrate. Cooking in low - medium heat will result in a much better consistency.
**Cook all Buchi Dates to an internal temperature of 78°C **
