Together with Siopao Asado, the Siopao Bola-Bola is a popular steamed dough snack in the Philippines. Foodies love the tender meat balls (bola-bola) made richer in taste by an array of herbs. It has a soft white round appearance and is usually eaten by cutting it in half by hand and pouring a savory sauce over it

*PLEASE KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK*
Steam: (Time: 15-20 minutes)
- Lightly coat/ spray some oil on a metal steam rack, line the rack with parchment paper (optional) or if you have a bamboo steamer that is best.
- Place in a pot of boiling water, but do not submerge the rack or steamer.
- Arrange the frozen bola bola siopao in a single layer about 1/4-inch apart on the lightly greased steamer basket and steam for about 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove carefully onto a plate with the help of tongs.
*Cook all bola bola siopao to an internal temperature of 78°C *
