Bulgogi meat are thinly sliced rib-eye beef cuts marinated and usually grilled on a barbecue or fried on a stove top. It is a common beef cut in South Korea where it is referred to as "fire meat"
** Defrost the frozen bag overnight in a chiller before use**
Remove the thawed Beef Bulgogi from the package and place them in a bowl. Refresh the marinade by tossing and massaging the sliced beef.
- Heat up a nonstick pan on low heat and add a tablespoon of oil, let it heat for a couple of minutes.
- Place the thawed Beef Bulgogi on the pan and change the heat from low to medium allowing the beef to sear for a few minutes.
- Fry for 5 minutes or until meat is evenly browned and gently stir and turn them over on the other side and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the beef is cooked.
- Add 1/4 cup water and put a lid on so the moisture doesn’t escape. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Let the Beef Bulgogi rest for a few minutes once cooked.
Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
