Beef Bulgogi Pao
Enjoy the fine flavors of Bulgogi meat stuffed inside a soft, fluffy Bao as only Chef El can make. Having this snack is like experiencing the best of both worlds of Chinese cuisine of Bao buns and the Korean "fire meat" or otherwise known as Bulgogi.

Bulgogi meat are thinly sliced rib-eye beef cuts marinated and usually grilled on a barbecue or fried on a stove top. It is a common beef cut in South Korea where it is referred to as "fire meat". A Beef Bulgogi Pao is a Pao or Bao bun stuffed with bulgogi meat.
Beef Bulgogi Pao
*PLEASE KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK*
Steam: (Time: 15-20 minutes)
- Lightly coat/ spray some oil on a metal steam rack, line the rack with parchment paper (optional) or if you have a bamboo steamer that is best.
- Place in a pot of boiling water, but do not submerge the rack or steamer.
- Arrange the frozen beef bulgogi pao in a single layer about 1/4-inch apart on the lightly greased steamer basket and steam for about 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove carefully onto a plate with the help of tongs.
*Cook all beef bulgogi pao to an internal temperature of 78°C *
